30A, though it is actually a state roadway, has become synonymous with the lifestyle and culture that is found among the numerous communities and towns that line and branch-off from this iconic road. 30A West -- The boundaries for this area begin just east of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and runs to the western edge of the Grayton Beach State Park. The northern boundary is Hwy 98 and the southern is the Gulf of Mexico.

This area reaches from below the Choctawhatchee Bay (just to the east of 331) to all areas within Walton County and north of the Bay.
